Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If one order is delivered in several shipments, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example by letter or email:

You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return instructions

Please do not send parcels with postage due. Pack the goods securely for transport and remove or cover old shipping labels.

Antifouling paints, primers, thinners and other products subject to labelling requirements may be governed by special carrier rules for packaging, labelling and dangerous-goods transport. Opened containers must be fully sealed and packaged in a manner approved for transport. Please contact us before returning an item if you are unsure about the permitted shipping method.

If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the right of withdrawal.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or are clearly personalised. It also expires for goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
